All vans have Mobile Food Registration Certificates and are also registered with the Victorian Food safety Program. Our safety food handling procedures are regularly updated by a professional Process Engineer.

Our Juice Vans are the latest model Ford Transit vans. Designed with modern graphics to reflect the products offered for sale. The interior of the vans are fitted with the latest technological materials which are used in professional catering kitchens. The Juice Vans are equipped for both ice-cream and juice sales. In our van line up we have 3 beautifully restored Classic style Ice-Cream Vans from the early 70's. These vans have been restored to their original condition. Preserving these old ice cream vans has taken real dedication, as few have survived, and finding any parts that are unique to these variants can be a real challenge.

Our original Morrison Ice-Cream Van is a truly unique van, being the only remaining van of its type in Australia. It has a more radical design than the newer vans. FOR INDOOR EVENTS Indoor events can also be catered for (subject to access). This means you can have a real fully working ice cream van at your indoor event, exhibition, concert, TV or film set. All that we require is a standard 10 Amp 240 Volt electricity supply.

All MATRIX Vans are: - Registered with the Health Department. - All operators have completed a Health and Food Practices Course. - Are insured. $20,000,000 public liability insurance policy - Are standard size and fit in normal parking bays - Vans are designed to hold any trade waste - Are designed to meet and exceed all Australian noise standards.
